Bikepacking the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Park – Explore Ancient Puebloan Cliff Dwellings
Join us for a four-day tour into the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Park. Leave from the Mancos Brewery at 9a.m. to ride 10 miles down to Scullbinder Ranch (we’ll shuttle your gear), pack for the trip, and then ride 9 miles down canyon into the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Park. Day 2, we’ll explore the remote “Two-Story Cliffhouse” ruins with, Wolf, our Ute Mountain Ute guide, and then ride up Lion Canyon 10-15 miles to camp. Day 3, we’ll break camp early, explore more ruins, and then ride another 10-15 miles to camp. Day 4, we’ll ride a not too burly 40 miles. You also have the option of staying at the Ranch the night before your four-day adventure, but lodging is not included. You’ll find prices for lodging in our one of our glamping tents or the cabin on our Lodging page.
