Animas River Packrafting & Bikerafting Courses

The City of Durango allows us to run the full length of the Animas, from Oxbox Park to Dalabetta. We can also run another 20+ miles to Tico Times River RV Resort in New Mexico through the Southern Ute Reservation (though we do not stop on their lands). Please note that we have traditionally done most of our training days on longer courses on the Animas River, including most of our Utah courses on the Animas River. However, for 2024 we have applied for and expect to get permits for the Colorado River in Moab. Thus, we will move some, if not all, of our later-season Utah-based course training days to the Colorado.
